Return & Revision Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all arborist reports are non-refundable. Each report is uniquely prepared to address the specific needs of the client and property, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances.

If you require a revision to your report, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Minor changes or clarifications may be accommodated free of charge. However, more substantial edits—such as changes in scope, additional site visits, or updated assessments—may be subject to a revision fee, based on the complexity and time required.
